FMCSA strongly recommends DataQs users use a single DataQs account to access all their RDRs. Merging your accounts into a single DataQs account will eliminate the need to keep track of multiple DataQs usernames and passwords. Instead, you can access all your RDRs from one account, and filter or sort your RDRs as needed.
To merge your accounts, follow the steps below:
- Log in to DataQs.
- When prompted, select the username you want to keep, or your "main" DataQs account, and enter the corresponding password.
- Click "View Profile" at the top of the screen (below LOGOUT).
- Click "Manage Accounts" from the top of the "Account Information" section.
- Locate the account you want to merge into your main account. Click "Merge Account" button next to the account and provide the associated password.
NOTE: Clicking the Merge Account button will move all DataQs records in the merged account to the main account. The merged account will then be deactivated. - Repeat step 5 for all accounts you want to merge into your main account.
